INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLES THERAPY
Parenting a child with special needs is difficult enough as it is, but it puts even more stress
on any existing issues in your life. Individual therapy can be valuable if you are anxious or depressed, if relationships difficulties become overwhelming, or if you feel stuck in other areas of your life.
Parenting your child may also reveal conflicts in your relationship with your partner.
If communication is more difficult, if you feel that you are not working well together, or if
your relationship feels increasingly conflictual, couples therapy may be right for you.
